The finale of “The Crown” left many fans of the show wondering if it will be renewed for a second season.
What is The Sound of Magic Season 1 about?
One day, Yoon finds a magic book in a dumpster. It’s old and has been damaged, but the pages are still readable. She starts to read and soon discovers that the book contains powerful spells that can help her escape her difficult situation.
Ah-Yi is a young woman who has been struggling to find her place in the world. One day, she meets a magician called Ri-Eul at an abandoned amusement park. Ri-Eul tells Ah-Yi that she has the power to change her life for the better by believing in magic. Ah-Yi is skeptical at first, but Ri-Eul’s charm and sincerity convince her to give magic a try. However, Ah-Yi soon realizes that Ri-Eul may not be entirely honest with her. It seems that he is using Ah-Yi’s belief in magic to take advantage of her - promising to help her but actually using her for his own purposes. Ah-Yi begins to doubt Ri-Eul’s intentions and wonders if he is really helping her at all. ..

Has The Sound of Magic been renewed for season 2?
Netflix has not renewed The Sound of Magic for season 2. The story does have a pretty conclusive ending, although Netflix K-dramas do tend to be popular on the platform too.
Based on this, it seems that The Sound of Magic may not be renewed. However, given most k-dramas typically have a single season, we predict that the show will be renewed.

What we know about season 2 so far:
The Korean dramas that are aired on television usually only last for one season. The exception is the Netflix shows, which usually have multiple seasons. It seems unlikely that this one will be renewed.
Netflix has been known to renew shows, but it all depends on how popular the show is. If it’s not popular, then Netflix may not renew it.
Netflix has greenlit Squid Game, a new K-drama series that is set to air on the streaming service in 2019. Given the success of Squid Game and how well-received these Netflix dramas are becoming, it’s not outside the realm of possibility that this one will be greenlit as well.
