What is Green Mothers Club Season 1 about?
The Green Mothers’ Club is a new K-drama following the inter-personal relationships of five women, who all have children in elementary school. The series follows the development of these relationships as they try to figure out how to handle their children’s school life and their own personal relationships.
The show blends elements of fellow K-dramas Reflection of You, Sky Castle and Graceful Friends. Each character has their own problems that they need to overcome, with the show blending elements of these other dramas. ..

Has Green Mothers Club been renewed for season 2?
The JTBC network has not renewed Green Mothers Club for a second season. Given the ratings over the past few weeks, it will be interesting to see if they actually do renew this for a follow-up.
The ratings for mid-week dramas have been increasing every week, with rates now up to around 4.5% averagely. Episode 14 is actually the highest thus far, with rates reaching 4.6%. That’s not bad for a mid-week drama.
Based on our analysis of the popular k-drama Green Mothers Club, we predict that the show will not be renewed.

What we know about season 2 so far:
The Korean dramas that are aired on television usually only last for one season. The exception is the Netflix shows, which usually have multiple seasons. It seems unlikely that this one will be renewed.
However, there is always the possibility that the actors will return for a follow-up or even a spin-off series like the Reply series. Given the nature of this series, we could see a whole different show focused on some of the characters in the future or even with the kids now grown up, repeating the same cycle again of interpersonal relations. We’ll have to wait and see if this one is greenlit or not. ..
