Visiting Hours
As the team heads off to Brixton, they are met with a few challenges. First, they must avoid Diana and her MI5 men, who are looking for them. Second, they need to find Blake’s grave in order to meet up with their end-goal. Finally, they need to be ghosts in order to be able to meet up with the other members of the team.
Zeppo was killed because he spoke with Peter Simmonds, who told him about Hobden’s threats. Hassan is still alive, but his operation has spiraled out of control.
Diana learns that her husband, who was killed in action, was with the Slow Horses just prior to them. In order to clear this up, Diana is working for First Lady Ingrid. This comes from her knowledge of the situation on the ground.
As they drive, Louise and Min muse over whether to turn themselves in or follow Lamb’s plan. With Diana tracking 35 different cars that could hold Hassan, the Son of Albion deliberate over what to do regarding their hostage – and the heat about to consume them in their own personal inferno.
Our gang of characters is split into pairs, scattered throughout London and trying to evade the MI5. ..
River Cartwright drives to the hospital, intending to check on Sid and make sure she’s okay. However, after seeing that she’s still alive but in a rough shape, Cartwright is forced to flee, hurrying down the corridors through the hospital to safety while the MI5 are hot on their heels.
Meanwhile, Catherine’s goons are stopped by Diana’s goons, who happen to be fronted by Nick.
As they bring Lamb into the car and start driving, Catherine suddenly brandishes a gun – thanks in part to Lamb distracting them with sneezing and asking his associate for a tissue.
With the goons gone, and Cartwright still on the run – along with the Sons of Albion still deliberating over what to do with Hassan – everything is left wide open for the next episode.
The Episode Review
This episode felt like one big cat and mouse game. Diana was trying to stop the Slow Horses while they themselves were trying to uncover the truth. Not only that, but they were also trying to track down Hassan who spent the whole episode in the trunk of a car. ..
This episode is all about two groups of people bickering at one another. We see them running around as they are split up and eventually find themselves on the run.
This week’s episode of the show seemed to lack the excitement and momentum that came before it. The run-time was dragged out a bit, something we all know Apple is notorious for with its TV shows, but there’s enough here to whet the appetite and tune in next week. ..
