Khloe Kardashian has announced that she is pregnant with her second child with Tristan Turner. She heartbreakingly explains that she is having another baby with Tristan via surrogate. Kylie discusses the new baby Khloe would soon be welcoming.
Kylie reassures Khloe that the new baby boy will be born into the best family. The two sisters discuss how it was only happening because it was meant to be. Khloe personally explains that had she known Tristan was cheating on her and having another baby, she would never have gone through with the procedure.
Kylie tells Khloe that once the baby arrives, everything will be better for her. Khloe jokes that she is not okay and that the situation is not okay. Kylie is upset as Khloe goes through this. Kylie asks if Khloe is preparing a room for her new-born and offers to help her out by giving her baby clothes from her own second baby.
Khloe is grateful for her family and mentions how bad it could have been for her had she been completely lonely. The sisters, Kylie, Kendall and Kim gather at their momager Kris to discuss Khloe’s present situation. The sisters claim that Tristan knowingly let this happen to have Khloe hang on to her and Kris thinks he wanted Khloe to marry him.
Kylie says this is unforgivable according to her. The four women plan to throw her a baby shower just for her family. Kim is trying to shift the energy around the family and Kylie states that Khloe needs to feel their support for her. As Khloe is playing with True, Malika (Khloe’s best friend) visits her.
Khloe Kardashian tells True that she is pregnant and is not happy about it. Khloe wants to keep this private and avoid the media frenzy where everyone calls her names instead of blaming the man for his actions. Malika asks how Tristan is doing about the situation they are in and Khloe expresses her anger about her present predicament with him.
Khloe Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, talk about Khloe’s current situation. Khloe tells her mother that she is still able to ask for what she wants, but that her father has broken their family. Kris tells Khloe that she will still have all the things that she dreamed of asking her to take it a day at a time.
Kris starts crying as she hopes Khloe does not miss out on the joys of having a new child. She explains that Khloe should cherish these moments before it is too late. Khloe tells her mother that since she is not carrying the baby, she feels that having a baby shower would be overwhelming for her. Kris still insists that she should let her family celebrate her to put her in the mood.
Khloe asks Kris to keep it lowkey and lets her mother eventually throw her a shower. Khloe tells her cousin Cece about the baby herself and is relieved to see a positive reaction from her cousin. Khloe recalls how she found out about Tristan’s first cheating scandal 48 hours before she gave birth to True and how they are back at the same thing again. ..
Khloe Kardashian tells her sister, Kris, that she is scared of how people will talk about her and her new baby boy. Kris tells Khloe that the only thing she should be worried about is the name of the baby as she starts listing her choice of names for the boy child. Khloe is at Kim’s house and Kim tells Khloe how the procedure with the surrogate goes about.
Kim tells Khloe that she should try and let Tristan be in the delivery room for the sake of her baby. Khloe states that the process of waiting for the child sucks but knows that the baby will make things better for her healing. Kim states that the process of having a baby via surrogate is already detached on a couple but Khloe has it far worse.
Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner are shopping for baby clothes and accessories. Khloe is trying to be supportive of her pregnant sister, but Kris is trying to get Khloe excited about the new arrival. Kris throws Khloe a small shower with a celebratory cake. ..
Kourtney, Travis, Kim, Khloe and their families and friends all join in to toast Khloe as she becomes a mother. Kim breaks down in tears as she thanks her family for their support. Khloe says that she will never be able to repay them for how they are supporting her through this. ..
The show moves forward to July, the day Khloe’s surrogate is supposed to give birth. Kim picks up the soon-to-be mother as they drive to the hospital. Kim films the process herself. Khloe is emotional as the new baby is placed on her.
Khloe Kardashian says that she is finally able to start the healing process by becoming a mother of the two kids. Kris shares a special message for her 12th grandchild welcoming him to the most loving family. Kris also wishes that Khloe finds her dream – a stable family in the future with someone that deserves her.
Khloe FaceTimes her family and they all share empowering messages for the new mother of two. Tristan holds the baby for the first time at the hospital and Khloe finally takes the baby home with her as the episode ends.
The Episode Review
This episode was all about Khloe and her need for love and support. There were a lot of negative things spoken about the new mother of two, and it seems like she needs people to see how she is not the one to be blamed. I recently came across an old clip from Keeping Up With the Kardashians when Khloe was calling Kourtney out for getting back with Scott after he cheated on her. Then, Khloe said that if someone cheated on her, she would not take them back because a boyfriend who does not respect you does not deserve to be with you.
Khloe Kardashian has had a lot of changes in her life since her days on “KUWTK.” Some people have criticized her for becoming more tame in comparison to her early days, but it is true that Khloe has become quite different from the wild and daring girl we saw on the show.
The episode was carefully designed to have Khloe tell fans her side of the story and finally open up about the future she plans with her babies, leaving Tristan in only as a co-parent. Other than Khloe’s new journey, I am particularly excited to see Kim’s new romance with Pete as well as Kourtney finally getting her dream wedding. ..
It is refreshing to see more of Kylie this season and I hope we get to see a glimpse of her baby boy this season. Kim’s nasty comment about Women in Business is sure going to bite her in the backside and I am looking forward to seeing her take on the situation where she explains why she said what she did.
