Physical Season 2 Episode 2

Sheila Rubin is a woman in search of her identity, and her journey takes her to San Diego in 1980. She meets her husband, who has lost his job and decides to run for office. Along the way, Sheila discovers that she has a lot in common with other women during this time period: they are all active and have fun.

The show is a social commentary of what it was like to be a woman in the 80s. It is a dark comedy, and there are glimmers of series like GLOW in this too.
