In 1910, Louis is a black man in America. He is offered a vampire companion by Lestat, who tells him that he can have any woman he wants as long as she is willing to become his vampire wife. Louis accepts and becomes Lestat’s vampire sidekick. The three of them travel the world together, taking on various blood-sucking tasks. In order to make up for all the pain and suffering they’ve caused, they work together to seek revenge on those who wronged them in the past.
Today we’re talking to Interview With The Vampire’s creator, Bram Stoker, about the show and its legacy. Bram was a huge fan of the novel and movie versions of the story, and he wanted to create his own version that would be as unique as possible.
