Ghost Ship
Ghost Ship is a unique restaurant because it is located in the middle of the ocean and its premise is to serve up ghost stories. ..
As the salvage crew of the 1962 passenger ship discover a long-lost passenger ship floating lifelessly in a remote region of the Berin Sea, they quickly realize that all is not what it seems. The ship appears to be completely abandoned, with no sign of anyone having ever been on board. However, as the group begins their investigation, they soon realize that there is much more to this vessel than meets the eye. The crew of the 1962 passenger ship may have been lost at sea for years, but they have also left behind a wealth of secrets and mysteries. Some of these secrets may still be hidden from view, but if the salvage crew are able to unlock them, they may find themselves in for some very dark times indeed.
The set design in this movie is excellent but Ghost Ship is undermined slightly by its questionable ending.

The Prestige is a beautiful, gripping film that tells the story of a man who must overcome great odds to save his family. The film is well-acted and well-written, and it provides an excellent experience for viewers.

Shutter Island

This film is a gem that deserves more attention than it has been given. If you haven’t seen it yet, Shutter Island is definitely worth a watch.

The film follows the story of a group of people who are taken hostage by a terrorist organization. The hostages are kept in a secure location for a period of time, and then released. However, the terrorists have other plans for them, and they must find a way to escape before they are killed.
As the group of friends sit down to dinner, they are plunged into darkness. The only light comes from a house down the road. As they eat their dinner, they discuss how to get out of the darkness. None of them know how to turn on a light switch.
This indie film is a puzzle box labyrinth that plays with the idea of time. We won’t spoil anything more but suffice to say this is a really great indie flick that well worth jumping into blind.

Timecrimes is a gripping time loop movie that’s sure to keep you entertained. If you’re looking for an Indie flick with a good story, Timecrimes is the perfect choice.
The film follows a man who accidentally gets into a time machine and travels back in time nearly an hour. From here, the movie explores all the usual shenanigans one would expect with a plot line like this.
In Primer, the protagonist travels back in time to fix things that have gone wrong in the past. Timecrimes is more complex in that it explores time travel in a more holistic way, with the protagonist trying to understand how it works and why it matters. While this may not be for everyone, Timecrimes has some great moments that make it worth checking out.
Happy Death Day
The story follows an arrogant, spoilt student called Tree who’s forced to relive her birthday over and over again. Unfortunately this always results in her death.
As the movie progresses though, she starts to make sense of what’s happening to her and tries to find a way to fight back.
The movie is a mix of horror and comedy, with a strong focus on the horror. It’s a fun and entertaining movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time.
Cube
The players are given a set amount of time to solve the cube, with the first three players to complete it in the quickest time possible being the winners. The remaining players must work together to solve the cube, with each player taking turns solving it. If any player can’t solve it within the set amount of time, they are eliminated from the game and must restart from scratch. The game is won when all six players have solved the cube and are safe from elimination.
A group of strangers find themselves stranded in a dark and dangerous maze with no way out. They must work together to find the way out before they’re killed by the traps that line the walls. ..
The dramatic shift in personality for each character is interesting. This leads to some shocking and tense sequences late on. This one is a must-watch. ..
